An upfront reservation can be made after the required identification information and contact information has been provided. Reservations can be made in one of the following methods:
• by sending an e-mail to reservations@bnbees.bg
• through the contact form on the website www.bnbeeshomes.com
• through the online reservations portal on the website www.bnbeeshomes.com
For every reservation a confirmation email is sent, which contains a unique reservation number. For a reservation to be considered as confirmed, an upfront payment of 100% of the amount is required.
Prices on the internet page of www.bnbeeshomes.com are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) with 9% VAT, tourist tax. The total amount owed by the customer for the reservation is calculated automatically based on the amount of days for the stay, the amount of adults and children and the current pricing offer for the respective period. If a reservation is changed, the price is recalculated according to the new
amount of guests, the period of the new stay and the type of package. The changes are considered as completed after a written confirmation from the side of Bnbees Ltd. has been sent and only in case of availability.
Regarding reservations for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, the spring vacation, national holidays, as well as reservations on special offers, the terms of payment, changes and cancellations that are explicitly stated in the offers apply.
Bnbees reserves the right to modify prices and special offers on its internet page. After a reservation is made, confirmed and paid for, the amount owed does not change, regardless of the new
pricing offers presented. The registration is performed online upon the check-in and a valid identification document of the guests is required.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in time – after 15:00. Check-out time – 11:00.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed in the properties unless agreed upon.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in properties rented by Bnbees Ltd. In a case of non-compliance with the prohibition, a 300 BGN fee is due for each day on which a violation is established.
Property Damage Rules
In the event of property damage, please notify us immediately via email reservations@bnbees.bg. The guests are responsible for any damages or harm caused to the property during the stay. Guests are obliged to cover the costs of any damages they have caused, based on an assessment of the damages by the property management. Bnbees Ltd. reserves the right to charge a fee for the restoration of the damage in accordance with the value of the damages.
Additional House Rules
Art 1. Guests are obliged to carry their valuables with them. Guests can send requests for forgotten items in the apartment up to 48 hours after check-out. After this period, Bnbees Ltd. cannot take any responsibility for safekeeping your belongings.
Art 2. The guests are kindly asked not to make any unpleasant noise and to observe quietly in the stairways of the building and the apartment, particularly during the hours between 14:00 and 16:00 and during night time 22:00 to 09:00 o’clock.
Art. 3. If guests leave the apartment in a very bad condition (dirty, with more than 2 bags of trash and miserable), they are obligated to pay a fine of 200 BGN.
Art. 4. The guests are allowed to receive visitors as long as they observe the provisions of house rules.
Art. 5. Upon departing the guests are obliged to close all windows, turn off all water faucets as well as any electrical appliances and lights and to shut the door of the apartment as they leave.
Art. 6. In the event when any of these rules is in breech Bnbees Ltd. reserves the rights to cancel the stay for the guests and declare them as “undesirable”.
Art. 7. Bnbees Ltd. is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
Art. 8. Bnbees Ltd. is not responsible for the consequences of force major such as: Disappearance/loss/theft of personal /valuables and technical goods in case of burglary; cuts of water supply; heating in the building; no – functioning of Internet and cable television due to technical problems with providers; power outages in the building and other possible damages that Bnbees Ltd. is not able to prevent or stop.
Art. 9. All guests must provide pictures of ID or passport for each guest before check-in date through the communication channel.

Terms and Methods of Payment
A reservation is considered as confirmed after an upfront payment of 100% of the value of the stay.
If the stay is terminated early, the amount paid for the reservation is non-refundable.
Payment can be made online through the platform STRIPE. If the payment is not completed until 3 days after making the reservation, it will be considered as canceled.
If an invoice for a legal entity is needed, the payment must be made from the bank account of the respective legal entity, and on the day of payment we must receive the firm’s details to prepare the invoice. Please note that corrections to the invoice cannot be made subsequently.
The payment is made electronically with a debit or credit card through the platform STRIPE (https://stripe.com/en-bg). By this method of payment, you construct the reservation yourself and you control the payment process for the reservation in the online reservations portal on the internet page of www.bnbeeshomes.com.
Please note that the seller does not have access to the information of the cardholder’s card at any moment during the creation of the reservation, its payment or after its payment.
After a successful transaction, a transaction receipt is visualized on the screen, which you must save and keep.
After successful payment of the amount for the created reservation you will receive confirmation, the number and the parameters for your confirmed reservation.

Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancellation, an earlier departure or a change of a reservation already paid for by the customer, Bnbees Ltd. refunds the amount paid for the unused reservation, charging a penalty fee depending on cancellation terms below:
– Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
– 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
– No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
In cases of force majeure circumstances, requiring the cancellation or change of the reservation, all relevant documents and evidence must be presented. In that case, the reimbursement of the prepaid amount remains at the discretion of Bnbees Ltd.
The reimbursement of prepaid amounts on services agreed upon and carried out by Bnbees Ltd. will be made through a transaction to the card/bank account, with which the initial payment for the reservation was made.
The customer is reimbursed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
